Steps
Accessing Campaign Generation
To generate a new campaign, navigate to the Campaign section in the left sidebar and click on the "New Campaign" button.
This will open the campaign generation interface where you can configure your campaign settings.
Selecting Your Target Audience
First, you'll need to select which leads you want to target with your campaign:
- Click the "Select Leads" dropdown
- Choose from existing lead lists or create a new segment
- Review the number of selected leads
- Click "Continue" to proceed
Choosing Campaign Type
Nicest.ai offers several campaign types to choose from:
- Cold Outreach: For new prospects who haven't engaged with your brand
- Follow-up: For leads who have shown interest but haven't converted
- Re-engagement: For dormant customers or leads
- Custom: Create your own campaign flow
Select the type that best matches your goals.
Configuring AI Settings
Configure how the AI will generate content for your campaign:
- Choose your preferred tone (Professional, Friendly, Casual, etc.)
- Set industry-specific terminology preferences
- Adjust personalization level (Basic, Enhanced, Full)
- Toggle advanced features like dynamic content insertion
These settings help the AI understand how to craft messages that align with your brand voice.
Reviewing and Approving Generated Content
After configuring your settings, the AI will generate a complete campaign sequence including:
- Subject lines (with A/B testing options)
- Email body content
- Follow-up messages
- Call-to-action suggestions
Review each message in the sequence, make any necessary edits, and approve the content before scheduling.
